Mindfulness for Wellbeing Appreciating Windowsills Workshop

Event Details

We are a friendly, relaxed group that you are welcome to join at any point of the year. Together, the weekly classes interweave to build a broad range of mindfulness practices to support you on your path to a calmer, happier life. 

Today is a live, in-person mindful movement and body scan meditation session led by Linda Belshaw and Pippa Jennings at All Saints’ Parish Rooms, Church Road, Cheadle Hulme, Stockport, Cheshire SK8 7JB from 12-1pm.

Please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag or blanket to lie on, and a blanket to cover yourself with during the body scan meditation. You may also find it comfortable to use a low pillow beneath your head, or behind your knees to take the pressure off your lower back. If you prefer to sit for the meditation, chairs will be freely available.

We welcome complete beginners as well as more experienced mindfulness practitioners, and there are concessionary rates available – if you have any queries please contact Katie Sheen prior to the class for a no-obligation chat.
