We are a friendly, relaxed group that you are welcome to join at any point of the year. Together, the weekly classes interweave to gradually build a broad range of mindfulness practices to support you on your path to a calmer, happier life.
Today is a live, in-person Mindfulness for Wellbeing class led by Katie Sheen at All Saints’ Parish Rooms, Church Road, Cheadle Hulme, Stockport, Cheshire SK8 7JB from 12-1pm.
The format of our hour together is:
Brief settling meditation
Please bring a notebook and pencil in case you wish to jot down any key teaching points or reflections, and warm layers to ensure that you are comfortable during the seated meditation. If you prefer, you are welcome to lie down for the seated and/or walking meditations: in this case, please bring a mat and blanket with you, and any pillows that you may require for under your head or knees.
You can purchase a ticket here, or simply drop in on the day and pay in person.
We welcome complete beginners as well as more experienced mindfulness practitioners, your first class is free, and there are concessionary rates available – if you have any queries please contact me prior to the class for a no-obligation chat.
