This free event for is generously sponsored and organised by Lamberts Healthcare as part of their CPD programme for healthcare practitioners: booking is through their website here.

Learning to turn towards ourselves with kindness and self-compassion can be a huge challenge for many people, particularly those whose “inner critic” seems to undermine or trip them up at every opportunity. This webinar provides a range of gentle practices that can slowly be introduced at a pace to suit each individual, gradually unlocking the flight or fight response that can trap us in behaviours where we feel frozen, or as though we are running around in circles.

Together these mindful approaches support subtle shifts in awareness, perceptions or intentions to increase a sense of safety and security, providing strong foundations for increased self-confidence, resilience and clarity of purpose.
