I’m in a different location each week at both lunchtimes and evenings, so there are plenty of dates and times to choose from: on Monday 15th November I will be in Edinburgh, presenting a seminar on Nutrition and Mindfulness for Longevity.

Each session begins with 30 minutes for registration & free buffet:

12:30 – 3pm

6:30 – 9pm
