I’m in a different location each week at both lunchtimes and evenings, so there are plenty of dates and times to choose from: on Thursday 7th October I will be in Penrith, presenting a seminar on Nutrition and Mindfulness for Longevity.
Each session begins with 30 minutes for registration & free buffet:
