This autumnal evenings course provides a gentle introduction to mindfulness in the ‘Plum Village’ tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, offering simple yet concrete ways to generate energy and wellbeing, and release the stresses and strains of life.
COURSE CONTENT
The six live Zoom sessions of the course explore the following themes:
• Stopping and calming
• Turning to the positive
• Loving communication
• Nourishing happiness (including mindful eating)
• Interdependence and community
• Guidelines for a happier life

• Increased ability to be calm and relaxed
• Increased control of emotions such as anger and anxiety
The course is taught on Tuesday evenings, 7-9pm UK time (including a short comfort break) from 14th September 2021 for 6 sessions to 19th October 2021
This is a live, interactive course, not recorded sessions to download.
Once you book onto the course you will be invited to a brief pre-course Zoom orientation, to meet a Course Leader and ask any questions that you may have before the course itself begins.
