This peaceful summer evenings course provides a gentle introduction to mindfulness in the ‘Plum Village’ tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, offering simple yet concrete ways to generate energy and wellbeing, and release the stresses and strains of life.
Course content
The eight live Zoom sessions of the course explore the following themes:
• Stopping and calming
• Turning to the positive
• Loving communication
• Nourishing happiness (including mindful eating)
• Interdependence and community
• Guidelines for a happier life

The course is taught on Monday evenings, 7-9pm BST (including a short comfort break) from 7th June to 2nd August 2021 for 8 sessions, including a break on 28th June.
The exact dates are therefore Mondays Jun 7th, 14th & 21st, July 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th and August 2nd 2021.

Once you book onto the course you will be invited to a brief pre-course Zoom orientation, to meet the Course Leader Katie Sheen and ask any questions that you may have before the course itself begins.
Ticket pricing

Supported and Concession Tickets are intended for those who are unwaged, have a low household income and/or limited funds available. In offering a range of ticket prices (£30 to £160) we aim to make the course available to as many people as possible.
