At the heart of Katie’s mindfulness teaching lies the weekly meditation classes on Zoom that you can book online through the links below.

All are run on a drop-in basis with standalone content, meaning that you can join a class on any day without needing to have attended before. Together, the classes interweave to gradually build a broad range of mindfulness practices to reduce your anxiety.

Every class follows the same pattern of teaching: a concept or activity related to mindfulness in daily life, and then a 15-20 minutes guided meditation. You are welcome to join with your camera on or off, and can choose to contribute to discussions via the chat or just observe. The intention is to make the classes a welcoming, peaceful and friendly place, where both beginners and more experienced mindfulness practitioners feel equally at home.

The link to the relevant Zoom Room will be emailed to you once you have booked, and an audio file of the meditation will be sent to you after the event so that you can revisit it whenever you like.

All events are displayed in UK time, as this is where Katie is based.

Frequently Asked Questions

Katie is a fantastic teacher and a truly lovely person. I have tried meditation a number of times over the years but never been able to make it stick. Katie manages to present the techniques and teachings so clearly and in a way that makes them accessible to all, even the initially cynical! It’s certainly made a big difference to my life. Thanks Katie

Katie is a very lovely, calm person to be around, so the atmosphere in her sessions is peaceful and relaxing.  She is very approachable and has good interpersonal skills. She is very empathetic and wise, and her suggestions are so relevant to everyday life.

My life was turned upside down by circumstances outside of my control, but being introduced to Katie and her work has got me back on track. She has demystified Mindfulness and equipped me with simple tools to use on a day-to-day basis. Now, I am reducing my anti-depressants, have stopped seeing my counsellor, am eating, exercising and sleeping better and feel stronger, calmer, happier and back in control.

Katie is wise, patient, kind, joyous, humorous, professional and full of knowledge and experience. She is very approachable and down to earth and keen to help anybody in any way that she can. It doesn’t need to take much time, or cost that much, to have a truly joyous experience that will enhance your life.
